Diamond Youth Development is a nonprofit organization founded by Kalisha Gaines in 2022. Her initial goal was to create a safe and nurturing space for young girls and their families to learn, grow, and be empowered. Through workshops, mentorship programs, and events, her focus is to create a community of powerful young women who are confident in their abilities and celebrate their identity.
